Dr. Kobby Mensah is a senior Lecturer at the Department of Marketing and Entrepreneurship, University of Ghana Business School (UGBS). He teaches Tourism Marketing, Political Marketing, Relationship Marketing, Financial Services Marketing and many other related areas.
Dr. Mensah has served as the Coordinator for the Marketing and Communications Unit of UGBS for the past four years with the responsibility of managing and maintaining a strong UGBS brand.
As a board member, Dr. Mensah will support the technological and marketing drive at PHA. Dr. Mensah will also support in the structuring and teaching methodology at PHA.

Dr. Thelma Ama Opoku-Agyeman is a lecturer at the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Clinical Pharmacy at the University of Ghana. Dr. Opoku-Agyeman earned her Doctorate degree in Pharmacology from the University of Cambridge, UK in 2015.
Mrs. Opoku-Agyeman's passion for higher education has prompted her to take on many challenging roles in academics, including not limited to: Teaching Assistant, Clinical Pharmacist, Demonstrator in Psychology, Biochemistry and Pharmacology.
In terms of advocacy and community development, Dr. Opoku-Agyeman remains a passionate proponent of women's rights and is a key contributor to the Peperdem Ministries, a pro-women's movement. Her intellect, advocacy work and passion for education will support PHA to empower our students to approach social issues with a progressive mindset.
Dr. Adam Tetteh Larbie is an Engineer with a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He is actively associated with the Institution of Engineers and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
With 25 years of experience in academia and industry, Dr. Larbie has supervised industrial attachments for students from various polytechnics and universities in Ghana. He taught final-year courses in Transportation and Automobile Engineering from 2012 to 2014.
His extensive background in undergraduate and post-graduate research, development activities, and academic administration brings valuable technical expertise and institutional knowledge to PHA's board.
Lawyer Amma Frimpomaa Dwumah is a distinguished legal professional and member of the Ghana Bar Association, with additional qualifications in English (University of Ghana) and a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Cape Coast. She currently serves as the Managing Director at SIC Savings and Loans.
Beginning her career as an educator, Ms. Dwumah graduated from St. Louis Training College and taught English and English Literature at OLA Girls Senior High School. This unique combination of legal, HR, and educational experience gives her valuable perspective on institutional management.
At PHA, Ms. Dwumah will ensure the academy maintains modern human resources practices while providing essential legal counsel. Her multifaceted background bridges education, law, and corporate leadership.
Madam Grace-Gloria Obuobie is an accomplished educationist with the Ghana Education Service, bringing extensive experience in the educational sector. Known for her flexibility and proactive approach, she consistently implements measures to ensure optimal outcomes in all assigned tasks.
With deep understanding of workplace behavior and vast knowledge in human resource management, Ms. Obuobie excels in organizational development, time management, and effective teamwork. She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Methodist University College, Ghana, and a BA from the University of Cape Coast.
At PHA, Ms. Obuobie will leverage her expertise to support the recruitment of competent teaching staff and enhance professional training programs, ensuring the academy maintains the highest educational standards.
Ms. Irene Chu is a Nurse Counselor specializing in Chronic Disease Management for the Cree Board of Health and Social Services in Quebec, Canada. Holding a Master's Degree in Public Health (MPH) from the University of Toronto, she brings extensive expertise in pediatric healthcare and child welfare initiatives.
Known for her dedication to child safety, Ms. Chu spearheaded a public health project that distributed over 350 All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) helmets to children. Her research background includes work with the Montreal Neurological Institute under Dr. Andrea M. Laizner and the Lung Cancer Navigation Center at McGill University Hospital Center.
At Pinnacle Heights Academy, Ms. Chu will champion student health and safety programs, ensuring our institution maintains the highest standards of child welfare and preventive healthcare practices.
Madam Melina Gilbert-Genereux is a certified French-Mathematics teacher from the University of Quebec with extensive international teaching experience. She has taught mathematics at Asimauttaq School in Kuujjuarapik and Segunda Suerte, Ecole l'Envole in Joliette, and currently teaches French as a second language to new immigrants at Ecole de francization in Quebec, Canada.
Her global humanitarian work includes volunteering with Orphan Resources International (ORI) in Guatemala (2011) to improve children's living conditions, and serving on the Regional Committee of Education for the International Development of Lanaudière, Togo (2016), where she implemented sanitation improvements in Kusuntu village.
At PHA, Madam Gilbert-Genereux will lead the development of our French curriculum and provide specialized support to both students and teachers advancing their French fluency, while bringing global educational perspectives to our programs.
