Dr. Thelma Ama Opoku-Agyeman is a lecturer at the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Clinical Pharmacy at the University of
Ghana. Dr. Opoku-Agyeman earned her Doctorate degree in Pharmacology from the University of Cambridge, UK in 2015. Mrs. Opoku-Agyeman's
passion for higher education has prompted her to take on many challenging roles in academics, including not limited to; Teaching Assistant,
Clinical Pharmacist, Demonstrator in Psychology, Biochemistry and Pharmacology. In terms of advocacy and community development, Dr. Opoku-Agyeman
remains passionate proponent of womens's right; a key contributor to the Peperdem Ministries; a pro women's movement. Undoubtedly, Mrs. Opoku-Agyeman's
intellecturalism, advocacy work and passion for education will support PHA to empower our students to approach social issues with a progressive mindset.
